Community Impact

The South Pasadena Police Officers' Association only mails letters to the community to seek donations. All donations are voluntary. The SPPOA does NOT solicit by phone, emails, text messages, or conduct visits at home.

Thieves may pose as a SPPOA member soliciting cash donations, saying they will either pick up the donation, or leave the donation under the front door mat.

We will also NEVER ask for donations in the form of a prepaid debit card, cryptocurrency or for you to wire funds. Should anyone contact you claiming to be from the SPPOA and pressures you to make a donation, call the South Pasadena Police Department at (626) 403-7297.
